We are pleased to invite you to the second workshop of the study European Union Data Centre Energy Efficiency Assessment and Reporting Scheme (EUDCEAR), commissioned by the European Commission’s DG ENER. Our consortium, led by EY Belgium in collaboration with AIT and Borderstep Institute, is providing technical assistance to the Commission in implementing Article 12(5) of Directive 2023/1791 on data centre energy performance and sustainability.
The workshop will be held online on MS Teams on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 09:30 am – 12:30 pm CEST.
The workshop will cover key topics such as preliminary results from the first reporting period of the scheme, data centre energy efficiency and sustainability assessment and the needs and ways to further refine the EU-wide rating scheme for data centres.
